President Johnson did it.

President Nixon did it.

Perhaps President Bush, the Younger did it.

Now, President Obama has done it.

What have they done? They have used the Internal Revenue Service for intimidation and political retribution.

For years I have been personally referred to the United States Internal Revenue Service as America’s Gestapo. Of all the administrations and agencies of the United States government, the IRS is the most tyrannical arm and most egregious feeder of corruption. It is not a mere collector of revenues for a massively expanding federal government. The IRS is an effective thug force for the benefit of government largesse and the exploitive cronies of capitalism, the willing device for the plunder of the citizenry, and the pipeline for wealth redistribution.

Just the mention of the three letter “IRS” strikes fear into the heart of an American citizen. Why should any citizen fear any portion of the government in a healthy republic?

Now, with the revelation of this past weekend that the IRS was actively targeting conservative political groups for harassment, the greatest suspicions and fears of patriots have been realized. Amazingly, even liberal stalwarts have decried the actions of the IRS that seem to have been directed from some yet-to-be-revealed powerbroker in Washington, Devil City.

If I could wave a magic wand… If I could have the Lord Jesus answer a prayer instantaneously… My desire at this very moment is that all the Tea Party organizations across this dying nation come together, for once, under a united banner, theme, and issue, and call for the shutting down of the Internal Revenue Service and the repeal of the 16th Amendment!

I beg every conservative grassroots organization to call on their respective federal congressional representatives to work toward the repeal of the 16th Amendment, the immediate elimination of the IRS, and either returning to the original constitutional formula for remitting revenues to the federal government or the establishing of the Fair Tax, nationally.

From this point on – until the goal of eliminating the IRS is attained – the conservative grassroots activists throughout America should make this the #1 issue for election to all federal offices. Grassroots orgs should demand that all incumbents make shutting down the IRS (not “cleaning it up”) the #1 platform issue, and before any challenger can receive the endorsement of such orgs.

Shut down the IRS, now!

It’s been a media blitz by the “so-called” GOP leaders in the last couple of weeks to explain the proposed “solution” to the immigration problem of the Unites States. You may have heard Senator Lindsey Graham of South Carolina giving his explanation of the intentions of the U.S. Senate’s Gang of 8 on national radio. Even the glorified Hannity seems to be on board. You may have watched all 7 appearances of Senator Marco Rubio on Sunday’s talk shows. But, it all boils down to one pure, political emotion. Panic! With amnesty on the lips of most everyone, it is now being reported that there’s a run for the border by foreign nationals that want to be in the country before the impending amnesty law goes into affect.

Here in Texas, the Republican “leadership” is running scared like pre-schoolers at the mention of closet monsters. The Hispanic population of the state is approaching 40%, whites are below 50%, and as a result elected officials and the plutocratic puppet masters are rolling over for amnesty like dead roaches.

On the national scene, the condition isn’t much different. Lead by senate occupants and RNC party big wigs, the thought pattern is to look at the fact that Latinos comprise 16.6% of the national population and conclude that the only way to win their voting support is to totally capitulate on the immigration/amnesty issue.

The stance that these elected officials have decided to put forth is more reason to distrust their leadership and, frankly, question the wisdom of the electorate, en masse. Who are the people that elected these spineless, brainless, squids? Whomever they are, as a committed conservative – an ultra conservative, even – it’s becoming more apparent that maybe I don’t have very much in common with these voters. They surrender too quickly and easily. They obviously don’t understand the facts on the ground. Are they exercising their franchise on extremely low information? They apparently listen too intently to the propaganda that is blasted from Washington, Devil City (from both parties) and the masters of propaganda identified as the Democratic Party and the Leftist media. Surely, they can’t be persuaded by the arguments that are being presented to them by the “all-powerful-all-knowing” federal and state officeholders?

The Republican Party of Texas has been infiltrated by pro-amnesty Latinos that mask themselves as conservatives. Along with the pro-amnesty plutocrats, they are effectively pressuring the spineless squid RINOs in the state Capitol, and the party officials that office on Lavaca Avenue in Austin to roll over on the issue of immigration and amnesty. Their argument is that the party has to roll over in order to secure the votes of Hispanics in the state of Texas, and the argument is presented for the national party, as well. Do NOT be deceived! That is NOT the case!

Do not fall for the deception. Every time you hear a party official, legislator, or political executive make the argument that the only way to win the Hispanic vote is to roll over on the issue of amnesty, you have identified someone who is utterly uninformed on the matter and is ill-equipped to be a “leader” for the conservative cause. They have swallowed the kool-aid and are not worthy of high office.

The facts are very straight forward. The Latino portion of the national electorate is a mere 9%. Even the homosexual portion of the electorate is higher. In Texas, the Latino portion of the electorate is a mere 20%. This idea that the Latino population has this incredible electoral power is a myth and scare tactic put forth for the purpose of making the GOP cower. And, it has worked! The GOP leadership is in full panic mode and thus, are ready to capitulate on immigration and amnesty. They’ve caved and compromised with the cover of glossing themselves as being statesman-like.

The inept GOP leadership won’t do the prudent thing. The prudent thing is to recognize that the polling numbers show that African-American voters are adamantly against amnesty. Black voters understand that amnesty harms their community and employment opportunities more than any other community. Yet, instead of understanding this reality and using their resources to convince Black voters to switch party allegiance through effective messaging, GOP leadership would rather launch a timid “outreach” campaign toward the Black electorate, essentially, and capitulate to the idea of amnesty in the hopes that all of a sudden liberal Latino voters will label the party as “friendly” to Hispanics. How idiotic!

Most of us clearly grasp what the solutions are to the illegal immigration problem. But, for those that do not, a composition will be forthcoming outlining some of the more obvious.

STAMPEDE!

The whole Cyprus crisis has quieted down, somewhat. Most of the foreign correspondents have retreated back to home base and the financial markets have shifted focus to other economic factors and world events.

Conservatives shouldn’t lose an extremely important message from the Cyprus crisis: The true mind of socialists being revealed to us, once again.

Like a disturbing number of other southern European countries, Cyprus is on the verge of being insolvent. Its banking system is teetering on the brink of complete collapse. The country needs a bailout. So, the potentates of the nation and northern Europeans came up with an ingenious solution to bring the country back from the brink. Like Willie Sutton, they decided to rob the money deposited in the nation’s banks. With little to none in the way of natural resources and manufacturing, Cyprus cultivated itself into a tax haven. Thus, bank deposits exceed the national domestic output by multiples. Much of the capital being held in the Cypriot banks is the property of foreigners – primarily Russian oligarchs.

Labeled as a tax, the Cypriot government identified its first steps of financial healing to be confiscating huge chunks of the money deposited in the banks. They have put bulking hindrances on depositors being able to access their capital, and the banks remained closed for days in an attempt to prevent a run on the banks.

The employees of the troubled banks face losing absolutely everything. The government is toying with the idea of confiscating their pensions! News reports recorded tears of protestors devastated at the possibility of having their life savings wiped away for the “good of the state”.

The situation is much more complicated than being described here and honestly would take pages more to fully and fairly describe. But, the actions sent international markets reeling for a time. If a national government – even one as tiny as Cyprus – has the mind to simply rob the banks, what will happen if larger nations, with huge economies, in greater trouble, employ the same idea (as was tipped by a few European economic ministers before the outcry of the elite forced them to retract their suggestions)?

The question was immediately posed here in the United States: Could it happen here, with the nation hurling toward certain economic doom, and the Federal Reserve out of its mind and certifiably insane?

The answer from the “experts” is that it couldn’t happen in America because of the “safe guards” in place through the governing structure of the Republic. Perhaps not…

But, we discover the lesson for conservatives. It’s the belief system of European, American, and global socialist. They believe money – all of it – is theirs! You have what little capital you have through their benevolence and permit. And, at anytime that they deem it needed for the “good of the state”, they will confiscate it by their governing power and the point of a firearm. The state, and its ferocious appetite for capital and spending, outweighs the need of any individual, or the regard for whatever level of labor individuals have exerted to garner their individual capital. It’s by permit of the government that you have the right to labor for sustenance and, god forbid, wealth. (Yes, I did not capitalize “god”. For their god is not the Christ.)

Truly conservative public servants should have the exact opposite psychology. Their first recognition is that the money belongs to the individual person. Their governing philosophy should reflect an absolute respect for individual capital possession and that it’s the government that needs permission from the electorate to possess a single red cent from the private domain!

Any elected officer without this fundamental governing philosophy firmly entrenched in their soul cannot call themselves a conservative. Therefore, there are many that have placed their hand upon the Bible to take the oath of office that falsely claim the label conservative. Many have infiltrated the Republican Party for political expedience and practice their craft freely in Austin and as a requirement to do so in Washington, Devil City. As for Democrats they were born out of the spirit of theft.

Saints and patriots identify the thieves and remove them from office – whether they have an “R” behind their names, or a “D”. Identify the thieves, I say to you! Identify the thieves and literally whip them from the houses of the people as Jesus whipped the robbers from His Father’s house, if we must!

From our analysis at RagingElephants.org, Jefferson County, Texas can be flipped to a faithful “red” county. We’ve composed a summary of our study.

Jefferson County has to be labeled a “blue” county with a surprising heavy influence of independents. We have to admit we were amazed at the strength of swing voters in the county.

The population of Jefferson County is 252,802.

Jefferson County registered voters for the 2012 cycle was 147,152 or nearly 60% of the population. For the 2012 cycle turnout was 61% or 89,273 votes casts. Straight-ticket voting is very tilted Democrat: 60% – 40%. The total number of straight-ticket votes cast in 2012 was 58,255. That means a full 35% of the vote in Jefferson County can be classified as swing or independent.

How do these electorate dynamics manifest in results? Obama-Biden won the county by a minuscule 1,426 votes! By contrast, in 2008 the Democrats had a 62%-38% edge in straight-ticket voting and Obama-Biden won the county by 1,983 votes! The GOP picked up 2% in straight-ticket voting over a 4-year cycle and only closed the presidential margin by 557 votes.

Dem senate candidate Sadler beat GOP candidate Ted Cruz 51%-45.5%. And, Dem congressional candidate Lampson beat GOP candidate Weber 58%-41%. The further down the ballot, the straight-ticket vote is making more of an impact.

What is the simple flip math and strategy? The African-American population in Jefferson County is 34.1% – by far the highest concentration of Blacks in the state. It’s the Black vote that is holding the Democratic Party together in the county. The strategy is to peel off a few percentage points from the African-American community and rely on the independents to keep leaning GOP at the top of the ballot and the combination will result in the “flip”.

RagingElephants.org feels that implementing our messaging campaigns in the county should result in the conversion of 10% of the Democrat straight-ticket voters which would secure the top-of-ballot races for the GOP.

We are asking our supporters to help us implement our messaging strategies in this mid-sized county. We wish to start with our famous (or, infamous) billboards. Our budget for the first month is $4,000. Please make a donation, today.

Thank you, in advance, for your support. We work hard to make you proud and get the results we need to see conservatives elected to public office.

With 19.3% of its population being African-American, Harris County’s estimated 2011 Black population is 806,913.

With 22.5% of its population being African-American, Dallas County’s estimated 2011 Black population is 543,603.

Dallas County’s Metroplex neighbor, Tarrant County, has an African-American population of 283,022 at a percentage of 15.3%.

We begin to see raw population numbers fall off with Bexar County and Travis County. Travis County’s percentage of African-Americans is 8.9% with the raw number being 94,619. Bexar’s percentage is smaller at 8%, but the raw number is larger at 140,492.

But, here’s the answer to the question: The Texas county with the largest concentration of African-Americans on a percentage basis is Jefferson County at a massive 34.1%. With a raw population of 86,205 according to the 2011 census estimate, Jefferson County (Beaumont and Port Arthur) can claim to rival the Big 6 county of Travis when it comes to African-American citizens.

Jefferson County is an island of “blue” in a sea of “red”. With a composition of the old-line Caucasian Democrats and locked-in Blacks, it’s the only county in the Southeast Texas region in which Democrats hold critical seats such as County Judge and Sheriff, with a strong presence on the city councils and school boards.

Obama-Biden won Jefferson County in both 2008 and 2012. In 2012, the Democratic ticket won by 2 points – roughly the same margin of victory as 2008.

With a 2-point difference in voting base, it’s the opinion of RagingElephants.org that Jefferson County can be solidly flipped “red”! The balance of power currently seems to be at a stalemate.

It’s our view at RagingElephants.org that we should begin to concentrate on messaging in Jefferson County and see if we can put this county in the “red” column to the shock of the Democratic Party that feels that the county is firmly in their grip. You’re talking about making a shift of 5% in the voting patterns and seismic shift will take place between the parties.

As we point our resources toward this mid-sized county, and exert more concentration toward this heavy church-going community, please support our efforts. Your $10 per month financial partnership will go a long way to funding non-stop efforts to actually switch a “blue” county “red”.

Over the last couple of weeks we informed the supporters of RagingElephants.org about the disturbing support given to State Rep. Carol Alvarado in the special election for Texas Senate District 6. It came to our attention that State Senator Larry Taylor (and, apparently other elected Republicans) was actually pounding the pavement for the socialist Democrat that eventually was trounced by the equally left Sylvia Garcia for the senate seat. The question that surely pops up in the mind of the dedicated conservative Republican voter is, “Why would an elected official that postures as a conservative, committed to the party platform, do such a foolish thing?”

We’ve heard the reasoning from multiple sources, and we wanted to share the intel.

The reasoning is rooted in utter plutocratic adherence. The former Harris County Commissioner, Sylvia Garcia, was receiving heavy financial backing from the wealthy, socialist lawyer and Soros-in-Texas equivalent, Steve Mostyn. Thus, the GOP powers in Austin decided that they wanted to oppose Mostyn’s candidate. They made a concerted effort to round up support from both chambers of the Texas legislature to support their legislative colleague Alvarado. Mostyn had picked sides, so the GOP Establishment was obligated to take the opposite side.

As you can observe, the RINOs didn’t have a care in the world about principles or policy positions. Their entire motivation was to stop Mostyn.

It didn’t matter that Alvarado is pro abortion, pro same-sex marriage, pro amnesty and open borders, socialist, campaigned on the raiding of the Rainy Day Fund for expansion of welfare programs, is against fiscal prudence, and cutting administrative fat from state education. All that Larry Taylor and the Austin GOP plutocrats were concerned with was stopping Mostyn.

Question: In the event Alvarado was victorious, is there any one of us that buys that she would have flipped her Leftist positions? In a sudden rush of gratitude, would she have miraculously become a supporter of conservative measures? In a fit of sanity, would she have switched political parties? Nah…

Personal Animus?: Here’s an article from 2010 that outlines a brief history of Taylor v. Mostyn over Hurricane Ike insurance issues

The Backfire: Let’s say there was a special election in a deep red district. Two Republicans are battling for the seat. The voters of the district are made aware that one of the GOP candidates is receiving heavy financial backing and in-kind donations from known Democratic operatives, financiers, and officeholders. Wouldn’t the natural response from conservative GOP voters be against the candidate that is getting the help from the Leftists? Wouldn’t they naturally question the authenticity and motives of the candidate that is supported by the Leftists? Would they vote for the candidate that is endorsed by the Leftist? Nah… And the Democratic voters of SD6 predictably rejected the notions and operations of the GOP plutocrats.

You must understand that in a plutocracy principles literally don’t matter. The SD6 special election was all about a collection of deep-pocketed Texans battling another deep-pocketed Texan – each camp wanting to control the Texas political-economic mechanism for their personal financial enrichment. It was bought politicians vs. bought politicians for the benefit of their plutocratic slave owners.

Each campaign spent over $1,000,000 in the special election that pays the winner $600 per month. Connect the dots – you’re astute enough.

And, while most of you are fretting over the evil that routinely takes place in Washington, Devil City, this is the type of violation against republicanism that is perpetrated and perpetuated with ease in Austin. Redirect your focus!

The time has come for Texans – and, Texans-at-heart all across North America – to deeply embrace the spirit in which the Republic of Texas was established.

Today is March 2nd. And, on this day in 1836, 54 men signed a document that some may judge as being more powerful than even the Declaration of Independence for the United States of America. Although similar to the American Declaration, for this age that WE exist, the Texas Declaration can put some clarity on issues that the Left is currently attempting to redefine. For example, the Texas Declaration specifically mentions the right to bear arms for the purpose of keeping a tyrannical government in check. There is NO ambiguity about the reasoning about the right to bear arms. The trademark directness of Texans is usefully demonstrated through this amazing document.

You may also note that they found the affairs of the government being conducted from such a great distance were not beneficial to the citizens of Texas. They were adamant about the strongest governmental influence to be the one closest to the governed and were offended by the usurpation of power by the dictator and the discarding of a federalist form of government in Mexico.

Additionally, they weren’t too happy about the language of the government overseeing the Texas real estate was being conducted in Spanish. Is history now repeating itself?

“Companions in Arms!! These remains which we have the honor of carrying on our shoulders are those of the valiant heroes who died in the Alamo. Yes, my friends, they preferred to die a thousand times rather than submit themselves to the tyrant’s yoke. What a brilliant example! Deserving of being noted in the pages of history, the Spirit of Liberty appears to be looking out from its elevated throne with its pleasing mien and point to us saying: ‘There are your brothers, Travis, Bowie, Crockett, and others whose valor places them in the rank of my heroes.’ Yes, soldiers and fellow citizens, these are the worthy beings who, by the twists of fate, during the present campaign delivered their bodies to the ferocity of their enemies; who, barbarously treated as beasts, were bound by their feet and dragged to this spot, where they were reduced to ashes. The venerable remains of our worthy companions as witnesses, I invite you to declare to the entire world, ‘Texas shall be free and independent or we shall perish in glorious combat.’”

Colonel Juan N. Seguin

Commandant San Antonio, Bexar, Texas

How thoroughly has the Spirit of the Alamo been discarded for the unfortunate acts that now emanate from the city of Austin, even on this day?

Keep in mind that as this Declaration was being approved, the brutal, murderous army of Mexican dictator Santa Ana had already surrounded the hallowed grounds of the Alamo Mission, and four days later would conquer the Alamo martyrs.
