Home Depot is Hostile to Patriotic Christian

Submitted by on August 9, 2010 – 5:10 pm4 Comments

The Home Depot fired a employee for refusing to remove a “One nation under God” patriotic button from his work apron. Trevor Keezor, a Christian, said he wore the button to support his country and his 27-year-old brother, who serves in the military in Iraq

Let’s hope that this was an isolated instance! I’d hate to have to boycott the Depot because of this attitude.

  • Chris says:

It does not matter if it is an isolated incident. Once is enough for me. We have to stop making excuses and take a stand. I am finished with Home Depot. I will be shopping at Lowe’s from now on.

I supported Home Depot with thousands of dollars of my hard earned cash. This is how Home Depot supports the American ideal of free speech, by squashing it for some and supporting it for others. I am done with finished with them as well. Do you want to let Home Depot know how you feel? I am doing it now. Go to their website. Log on to their Contact Us. You can call them or start a live chat. I am starting a live chat session.

Keep it clean and respectful. After all we are all brothers and sisters, setting the example of how to get along, despite a wide variety of beliefs systems.

    Call them on the phone.

Home Depot phone contact web page says….

“Can’t find what you’re looking for? Please call us:”

Hello Home Depot. I am trying to find a Home Depot that supports all Americans equally. Do you have any stores that would support an individual’s right, an employee or customer, to wear a button saying “One nation under God” or a button supporting the “Lesbian, Bisexual, Gay, Transexual” community? After all I am sure Home Depot would, and does, appreciate patronage from either customer, as they should. Oh, one other question. Do you have any stores that do not support all Americans equally? I would really like to know. May be Home Depot can help support and promote such an ideal by example.
I am going to live chat and call several times a week, or when the inclination grabs me. Just curious to see how it goes.

Go to the American Family Assoc. http://www.afa.net and print a petition regarding a boycott of Home Depot by those whose values do not mirror theirs.
Their behavior is totally liberal left-wing disgusting. I will not be supporting Home Depot again until their agenda changes.
THey have taken the gay agenda way too far. I am sorry for the homosexuals who are not radical that may see their sexual preference being attacked due to these idiots.
