These local noise ordinances have to stop. I drive a truck for a large retail firm.
Dispatch has to work deliveries around various local noise ordinances, It drives up cost, more traffic congestion because off peak hours cannot be utilized.
It seems to me Unconstitutional, and violates the right to own (and use) private property.
