If you weren’t at the Houston, Tx Tea Party, You better have been at another one! This was an EXCELLENT event and it brought a lot of people together. Houston had a total of 350 confirmed crowd.

You would not believe what took place this morning in Downtown Houston! So many signs ranging from, “Honk if you’ll pay my mortgage,” and “Welcome to Houston, TAXES!” So many people showed their interest in changing the course of this country.

We are TIRED of the lies, we are TIRED of the taxes, we are TIRED of the government breaking our children’s piggy bank just to pay for this generation’s sins.

Our very own, Apostle Claver spoke to the crowd and rallied them off their feet! The people couldn’t stop cheering and agreeing with Claver’s ideas. We hope you keep checking RagingElephants.org for more Tea Party updates, pictures, and videos!

Sorry this post is so short, but we still have so much going on after the Tea Party. Stay tuned Elephants! We hope you’ve volunteered, donated, and subscribed to our newsletters!

Great rally in support of the truth! Really nice to know I’m not all alone in thinking what I do. It’s time America rose up and stopped the Kleptocracy in Weaselton, DC! This gathering, on a workday, was bigger than I expected, can’t wait for the July 4th one!

    I want my country back!

I was there today… It was an amazing event. So encouraging to see so many people standing up for their rights, their liberties. Kudos to the coordinators and the speakers. Thank you all so much for putting this together.

Great day, great speakers. Thanks everyone for the effort. Did you read where one tea party was denied dumping their tea in the river, because big government said it was a pollutant? Government is out of control. I was heartened by our opportunity to impeach Obama after he signs the D.C. voting rights bill. Now, how do we get this done?

This is great! The turn out nationwide was good for such a short notice. Hopefully this will ignite the nation to wake up and the next ones will be even larger! Keep up the good work!

For years, my wife and I have seen the Republican party at both state and national levels ignore us, tell us we were bad people, break promises and generally act like debauched roman senators. Conservatism was cast to the winds, principals didn’t matter except for rallying rubes like us at election time. We have reluctantly decided that, like so many other things in life, if you want it done right, we have to do it ourselves.

We have pledged to become active in rooting out the problems in the party by becoming personally involved. I don’t necessarily want to do this, but feel I must if we are to turn things around.

At the rally, Claver spoke of the Republicans being the only real hope for conservatives. It sturck a chord. I fear that we are in a race to turn back the tide of socialism before it drowns us, and we simply have no time to build a new party. The waters are approaching out chins. We must fight to turn the Ford/Rockefeller wing out of the only party we have. To do so will take grass roots efforts to “Hit, Hit, Hit” as Claver said.

As things get worse, I think more people will come to this conclusion.

God Bless us in this endeavor!

Truly inspiring event!! How awesome it was to see so many like-minded AMERICANS who long for the America of Reagan…an America where hard work, personal responsibility, and limited government were all that was required to put one on the path to dream fulfillment. These are the same traits that today are vilified as “capitalistic”, as if that were a bad word!!! Apostle Claver was amazing!!! What a fantastic man to spearhead a rebirth of the conservative movement!! Now is the time to reach out to those who are undecided or misinformed and let them see the emptiness promised by the left with its socialist programs. Programs that are as evil here today as they were in the soviet bloc when Reagan crushed them. Looking forward to hearing much more from Apostle Claver!!

So sorry I missed this demonstration – wrote to the Houston Chronicle because the paper showed nothing about it. I’m ready for the next one… Saw other cities’ protests in Fox News. Obama is a socialist who wants control of all means of production, as in Cuba, Venezuela and other socialist “utopias”. NOT IN THE UNITED STATES!!

Three hundred fifty in Houston? Did most of them go up the road a piece to DFW? I know you Apostle was also in Odessa, where there were 4,000. Haven’t seen his blog here, but he had a couple good ‘graphs in the Odessa paper.

God Bless and keep up the good fight…

Oops, I should have looked at the date stamp of first blog before shooting my mouth off… how many were in Houston this past Saturday?
