It does a heart good to see people worried more about “the people” than “the color”. All people have common interests. All people have common concerns. Right and wrong isn’t about color or place or region or religion, it’s about what advances the “common” cause. Brother Martins’ dream wasn’t that someday one would rise up, but that oneday we would all sit down, together. As people, nothing more.

Today, January 20, 2009 is historic, of that there is no doubt. Hopefully the day will also mark a new beginning. A real emancipation. Not just for blacks, but one where ALL people are freed of the shackles that bind the mind, and in doing so the body.

Conservatism has a base that is spread far and wide. It encompasses people of all all races, all creeds, and all religions. It’s the shared belief that we ourselves can make the world better, not just for ourselves but for the sake of humanity. It’s values placed on hard work and reward. And to take the words that were made famous by a democrat, but tend to go so unused, its “To ask not what our country can do for us, but what we can do for our country.”

We know that this gift of liberty came via the blood, sweat, and tears of people of all races over a long a trying history. Our freedom is hardwon. The stuggle has been bitter even amoungst ourselves. But we know it is based in truth, and the knowledge that equality is more than words. And will our nation isn’t perfect, we work toward prefection each and every day. We know that it takes yet more work to achieve and keep freedom and liberty. This won’t come cheap, and it won’t come easy.

Values are colorblind. Truth is too. WE ALL want our children safe. We all want our children educated. We ALL want to see them get good jobs and grow and take their place in this gifted country and raise up a new generation to take our place. And we know that this won’t come through easy feelgood programs made to serve the lowest common denominator. The answers to Americas problems, and the pathway to the future lies within each of us, together.

WE are the leaders. WE are the future. WE are the strenght of America. Lets take that stand, together, as people. As Americans.

    Al

    Dear Apostle Claver,
Praise God and Amen! I accidently caught your radio show yesterday morning while doing errands and listened for a little while today. I have never tried to call or contact anyone on radio, but you and your mission have so moved me that I just wanted to say thank you and God bless you, your ministry, and your program! I want to contribute to your anti-abortion commercial campaign but would like to send a check rather than use a charge card. Please let me know where I can send the check.
    Thank you,
    Julie Mize

From an international prospective, President Obama signed for taxpayer funds to pay for abortion or actively promote abortion overseas via UN Population Fund, his first week in office.

From a domestic prospective, I hope and pray that Christians will stand together and let our Senators and Representatives hear our voices. We DO NOT support taxpayer funding of U. S. abortion via “The Freedom of Choice Act”. This bill (that was co-sponsored by Senator Obama) would invalidate virtually all state and federal limitations on abortion, including partial birth abortion.

Good work on the radio show. Really informative to local issues. Been a Republican all my voting life, but even I voted for Obama. Republicans just didn’t put forward a good canidate. Being a war veteran myself I still couldn’t vote for Mcain. He’s voted against every veterans issue. Look at the mess in Arizona, he’s even against the only law enforcement offical who is enforcing the immigration laws. Republicans need to get their heads out of their butts and do something or we going to lose the next election.

I just read Big Al’s comment on Jan 20 and would like to know what he thinks now. He said, “Hopefully the day (Jan 20) will also mark a new beginning. A real emancipation.” Obama has frightenly done the things he said he would do. Stopped offshore drilling in certain places, increased abortions, etc. and now he’s got nationalized healthcare stealthily buried in the so-called “Stimulus Bill”. The only thing this bill will stimulate is Big Government.

I think that a lot of voters were optomistic and thinking that he was just lying with his Marxist statements. Obama was all too truthfull. I am really afraid of this “new beginning.” Conservatism needs to win the day or this country is lost. Marxism will destroy us.

Apostle Claver is telling the truth but I will go one step further. Obama is a puppet. I would like to know who is pulling his strings.

I would really like to hear Big Al’s response. BTW, are you the Big Al from Western Geo?

    Marv Amerine

  • Magumba says:

You want to know “who is pulling the strings”? Globalists and those behind the North American Union. One of the main avenues the Globalist agenda is carried out is though the Rockefeller founded Council on Foreign Relations. Do some research on this organization; it’s founding, mission and guiding principals, as well as, it’s prominent members, and you will come to see “who is pulling the strings”.

Reading some of these posts has got me to wondering. Lots of great ideas. Any of you actually served and sacrificed something for this country? Its easy to sit back on the sidelines and complain and give advice. Who of you have actually fought to protect our great country, have bleed, gone hungry, been wet and cold while doing their duty? Obama has actually increased military spending, 2.9% pay raise for troops. On the other hand our last two Republican presidents sent men and women to war without body armour. Unprotected vehicles, to protect their oil rich muslim buddies. Obama relizes the war on terror is in Afganistan not Iraq. Everyone crying about Obama, why? What did the Bush’s accomplish? It’s their policys that have got us into this mess. A black man gets elected president and his own color turn against him, why? Is it because now that a black man has reached the mountain top that you can’t play the race card every time you fail?
